After-Hours Support
iCreditVision uses text messages to notify system administrators
of any downtime. This form is for "EMERGENCY
- SYSTEM DOWN" purposes
after regular business hours only. It is NOT for general support
questions such as software installation or configuration issues. For
general technical support, please contact our technical support
department at (800) 635-8115 during regular business
hours. We do offer an after-hours general support contract for
a fee. You may purchase this service by calling our sales department. Simply fill in the following form and click the submit button and
your message will be immediately sent to support personnel within
the company to handle your issue. Note: Late-night outages by the bureaus are
common as they may shut down for maintenance from midnight
until 1am to 4am CST .
